Before your scan, we will verify your insurance coverage to determine if it applies to your exam. Typically, if you are covered by insurance, it will usually cover the cost of your exam. Coverage may vary depending on the recommended procedure. For all insurance coverage-related questions of your exam, please contact us at one of our locations. Our friendly staff will be more than happy to assist you and provide the necessary information.
IF you wish to pay for the exam yourself and not utilize insurance we will provide you, upon request, in advance, a “good faith estimate” detailing the cash price for your exam at MDi.
